Core safety features are free. Pro adds Live Map, Location History, Activity Timeline, Reports and Family Monitor. Payment runs through the gateway available in your country, or by manual bank transfer.

Is SafX free?
Core safety features are free: the SOS button, shake detection, crash detection, trusted contacts, emergency alerts, chat and calls, and the offline SMS fallback. The free plan is limited to 3 emergency alerts per calendar month. Pro adds Live Map, Location History, Activity Timeline, Reports and Family Monitor with no monthly alert limit.
How do I cancel my SafX subscription?
Use the manage subscription screen in the app. If you bought the subscription on an iPhone through Apple in-app purchase, you must cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings instead — SafX cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.
Can I pay for SafX by bank transfer?
Yes. Choose the bank transfer option on the subscription screen, make the transfer, upload proof of payment, and submit for approval. An administrator reviews it and your plan activates once approved. Only one submission can be pending at a time.
