Reading, exporting and sharing the report an emergency produces
Every emergency produces an incident report: where you were, what was captured, who was notified, and what the device was doing. Reports are a Pro feature.
- What an incident report contains — The full record of one emergency, assembled automatically.
- Seeing exactly who was notified — The report names every person the alert reached, not just a count.
- Opening a report — From the Alerts history, or from a contact on the Home screen.
- Exporting and sharing a report — A report can be exported as a PDF for insurance, an employer, or the police.
- Reports need a Pro plan — Free accounts still raise alerts and notify contacts, but cannot open the resulting report.
- Common problems and fixes — What to check when a report is missing or incomplete.
Frequently asked questions
How do I see who was notified about my SafX emergency?
Open the incident report for that emergency and tap the "Users Notified" figure. It lists every person the alert reached, and the delivery audience section shows how each of them was contacted. Reports require a Pro plan.
Can I export a SafX incident report?
Yes. A report can be exported as a PDF containing the timestamps, positions, evidence references, notified users and device context, which is what you would give to an insurer, an employer or the police.
